Four Wheelin New Years day...it was quite an adventure!!! Our first stop, besides the usual McDonalds, was at Mudhole Gap. Glendon decided that he was gonna ignore the huge road close sign and cross the creek. Once he crossed it Jaret decided that he was gonna take his full size chevy across too! Well he made it but it was getting them to come back that was the hard part.

Glendon got stuck on the little hill, so Steve had to pull him out. Once Glendon got back on the right side of the path Jaret started to attempt
(Below: Steve's 4runner [pic taken in Sept.]) to camo back also. Well, he drives down into the creek and tries to drive over the hill but his tires started to slip. He kept hitting the gas and shot freezing cold water right in Steve's and my direction. I moved. Steve didn't; he got soaked and said a couple choice words to Jaret. Jaret eventually gets outta the creek and almost runs me over. Then sometime after that I tried to tear the rest of Glendon's mudflap of, but in the process my camera fell outta my pocket right in to the mud. Luckily it didn't keep rolling and fall into the creek.

Once again we decided to take the goat path, but when we got to the top we took the path that lead back to the main road and not to he one where we had to run pver a couple of trees to gat back to the main path (Dad didn't want to take that one because last year he popped a tire). Well we headed down the supposedily 'good trail'. On the really rocky part Dad blowns his right rear tire on a rock. They find a spare and change. We don't go more than 50yards before we hear another tire leaking. Sure enough at the top of the hill was Glendon with a blewn out tire. They finally change that tire and continued on the trail praying nothing else would happen because it was getting late and some of the husbands were supposed to already be home. We finally made it to the main road where I hung out with Charlie while all the men moved the spare tire from the rear to the front of the truck. Then finally we headed home around 6:30ish. Way later than planned! That was an adventure to remember!!!!
