Maddie playing with her duck and trying to get Bubba.
My Move to Roanoke.
As far as horror stories I have heard about moving, I got lucky. I didn't have anything after we finally made room for everything on Ben's truck the move down here was quite a breeze. I was very thankful that Dad took the day off on Tuesday to help me pack up the truck. The cedar chest and desk were a little on the heavy side. Bubba quite enjoyed being able to soak up the sun while waiting to get packed in. Maddie wanted to play with her, and by play I am pretty sure she means eat.
Soaking up the sun.

Hiding in his den.

Logan enjoyed the drive down. The sound of the dully upset him at first but after cruising down the road he started exploring the truck. At first he acted like Maggie and had his two feet on the door looking at all the headlights from the cars commuting into work. Then he was walking on the back of seat and eventually he laid in Ben's lap and tried to get Ben to pet him while he was trying to drive. He then went on to  pestered mom, and finally curled up next to me and took a nap with me.

Uncle Dean was a huge help unloading everything. It went by quite fast. On an even better note as far as I know I only broke one thing, and that was the top to Logan's litter box. It fell out off the bed of my truck, and cracked when it hit the ground.

Bubba got the pleasure of riding in the cab of my truck on the trailer (I don't think he liked it too much), but he loves his new spot in the kitchen. Logan and Bubba play a lot. Bubba loves when Logan licks his face and snuggles with him. It is very cute until Logan gets to rough.
After moving everything and to my employee health appointment, I was absolutely exhausted. I was so glad Mom and Ben got my new bed while I was out. The bed is amazing I might add. Logan loves it too because he no longer gets kicked in the middle of the night.
Mom and Ben went shopping with me before dinner, we hit the dollar store and then TJ Maxx to get my comfy pillows. I also got stuff to decorate my full bathroom with. The rugs are so soft. I got the cool pebble bath math to please Ben. He is afraid I am going to pull a Penny and fall in the tub.

The move was exhausting for Logan too!
Dean met up with us for dinner. We went to K&W cafeteria. I had never been and was really suprised places like these still existed. The food was good but it felt like I was going to pull a toddler and pass out in my dinner plate. After dinner I still had homework to do, so Mom and Ben left for their hotel so I could finish my homework. Course, after I force myself to stay awake I am wide awaken when I can finally fall asleep. So I unpack most of my clothes until I ran out of clothes hangers. I also unpacked most of my little decorations, and put them on the selves that are in my hallway closet.

On Thursday, I went with Mom and Ben to waffle house. Then, I caught up on the rest of my homework and made a trip out to wally world later in the evening. It was the first time I had driven my truck any where, and it sounded like it was going to fall apart it was terrible. I looked at it Friday morning and the issue was that the metal coat hanger holding up my muffler had come undone on one side. Thankfully that was the only issue. Friday I did somemore homework, finally made it to the gym and had a nice work out. Then I followed Uncle Dean to his new house. He took me the back way and it was absolutely gorgeous. I loved it. I met Corbin,  had some pizza and finally got to watch some TV since I have yet to get one.It was nice to go out and mingle with people. After leaving Dean's house he gave me directions to get back to the hospital so I could get home.
This is the hospital. Sorry about the blurriness, but you can still at least tell that it is a heart on top.
I was supposed to be meeting up with Jen at her friend's house, and after I drove back to the apartment then all the way out to her friends house I realized that they were literally only a couple streets over from Dean's house, but I found an easier and possibly quicker way to get to Uncle Dean house now. So far I feel like it is impossible to get lost around here; it seems like every road connects to each other in one fashion or another.

Logan checking out his screened in balcony, and the  snow.
The view from my balcony.
Saturday! I slept in and did homework. I washed dishes, just to make them dirty again because I had cereal, a sandwich, and chicken salad today. While doing homework it started snowing, it didn't last very long but it was very pretty.
